BA (Economics) Harvard University (1981) Mr.Evans joined Lincluden in 2004 as President and CEO and has over twenty-six years of investment industry experience. Before joining Lincluden he was Executive Vice-President at Fidelity Investments Canada Ltd. and prior, Chief Operating Officer of Altamira Management Ltd. Mr. Evans earned his degree in Economics from Harvard University. Mr. Evans is active in community and business organizations and is a member of the Pension Investment Advisory Committee of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Advisory Board and a Past Chairman of the Investment Management Consultants Association of Canada. Mr. Evans also served as a Past Chair of the Toronto Board of Trade and its Governance and Pension Committees, the Children’s Aid Foundation and its Investment Committee, and as President of the Harvard Club of Toronto. |

Chartered Financial Analyst (1980) BA, Wilfrid Laurier University (1972) Mr. Sanderson joined Lincluden in 1995 as a fixed income portfolio manager. He began his career at the Royal Bank of Canada in 1972 before moving to the Bank of Montreal in 1977. He was there for 13 years and he held various Executive positions in Treasury and Corporate Banking, including responsibility for foreign exchange and money market sales and trading in Europe, from a base in London, England. Prior to joining Lincluden he held the position of V.P. and Treasurer at North American Trust Company. Mr. Sanderson is a co-chair of the asset mix committee. |

Chartered Financial Analyst (1997) BCOMM, University of British Columbia (1994) Mr. Wong started his capital markets career at TD Securities where he advised corporate clients on interest rate and foreign exchange risk management. He joined Lincluden in 1997 as an analyst. During his tenure at the firm, he has researched companies and conducted valuation work in a variety of industries on a global basis. He was appointed Vice President in 2003. As a member of the equity team, he currently has research and portfolio management responsibilities for Information Technology, Telecommunications and Health Care sectors globally. Mr. Wong is an alumnus of the UBC Portfolio Management Foundation, where he had legal responsibility in managing an endowment plan as an undergraduate student. |

Prior to joining Lincluden she served as an Assistant Vice President with a major counseling firm, having had responsibilities in the areas of U.S. equity research, investment counseling to individual investors and institutional marketing and servicing, during a nine year tenure. Lynn’s current responsibilities include operations, compliance and client servicing. |

More recently, he was Director of Research and Lead Portfolio Manager, Canadian Equities at Connor Clark & Company, where he spent seven years of his career. Peter’s background also includes positions of Investment Analyst and Director, Corporate Finance & Investment Banking with two major securities firms. His experience as a value investor includes researching domestic and international stocks across the capitalization spectrum. Peter joined the equity team at Lincluden in May 2004. He has Canadian and Foreign equity research and portfolio management responsibilities for the Energy and Materials sectors. |

He became a portfolio manager in 1989. That was followed by a portfolio management role at Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board. Prior to joining Lincluden in 2003, Jim was a Vice-President and Partner at Beutel Goodman where he was a portfolio manager and member of the Canadian equity team. His background includes managing both Canadian and non-domestic equity portfolios across the capitalization range. Jim’s previous work experience includes accounting and banking. At Lincluden, he has Canadian and foreign equity research and portfolio management responsibilities for Financials and the Consumer Discretionary sectors. He also serves as a co-chair of the Asset Mix Committee. |

Prior to joining Lincluden he held the position of Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager, North American Fixed Income at MFC Global Investment Management. In that role he had responsibility for the management of C$20 billion of Canadian and U.S. fixed income investments for a variety of Canadian and U.S.-based corporate, institutional and mutual fund clients. Mr. Stewart has over 24 years of investment experience including senior positions in fixed income management with ING Investment Management in both Canada and the United States. |

Chartered Financial Analyst (1980) MBA, Queens University (1977) BCOMM, Queens University (1975) Mr. Brownlee became a member of the Lincluden equity team in 2006. He joined Lincluden from Beutel Goodman & Company where he was Vice President, Global Equities. Brian launched an EAFE product for institutional clients in 1991 and became the lead portfolio manager for US equities in 2002 while at Beutel. From 1982 to 1991 he was Foreign Equity Portfolio Manager at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) Pension Fund. Brian was an innovator of international investing in Canada, successfully diversifying the CBC foreign equity portfolio into overseas (non-North American) equity markets. At Lincluden, he has Canadian and Foreign equity research and portfolio management responsibilities for the Industrials and Consumer Staples sectors. |

Mr. Wilson’s responsibilities at Lincluden include Product Development, Relationship Management and Institutional and Private Client distribution. |
